I didn’t actually plan on starting a swimwear brand. What I wanted was to create something that made sense for the kind of women I’m always inspired by, the ones who live fast but choose with intention.

I’m from Barcelona so I grew up with that Mediterranean way of life where everything is calmer, more effortless, nothing feels forced. Then I moved to Toronto and suddenly I was surrounded by women who are always moving. Meetings, travels, last-minute drinks, pool to dinner, always in motion. And I realized there was nothing made for both sides of her. The water and the city.

That’s how Besson came to be. Swimwear that doubles as bodysuits, pieces that move with you wherever life leads, chic and versatile, never loud. Designed to make every day feel natural and full of style.

Each piece is crafted with care in Toronto, using high-quality materials and ethical, local production that honors the people behind it. We make limited editions and small batches as we’d rather sell one suit with integrity than ten with urgency. They cost more to make because they’re made right.
