Refund policy

We offer store credit for eligible returns.

RETURNS

You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be accepted, items must be returned in their original condition:

• unworn, unwashed, and undamaged

• free of perfume, deodorant, or stains

• hygienic liner intact

• returned with original packaging

• accompanied by proof of purchase


Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.

Returns that do not meet these conditions will be sent back.


STORE CREDIT

Approved returns are issued as store credit in the form of a gift card.

Gift cards are issued for the full value of the returned item and do not expire.

Shipping fees are non refundable.

 

RETURN SHIPPING

Return shipping is covered for orders within Canada. A prepaid return label will be provided once your return is approved.

For all other regions, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as Besson is not responsible for lost returns.
