Barcelona Vibes in Toronto
Kitty is my best friend from Spain. I’ve known her since I was 13 or 14, and she’s also my first and favorite brand ambassador. She was one of the first people I told about Besson when it was just an idea, and she believed in me without hesitation. She encouraged me to move forward and make it happen.
Once I developed my first collection and got production done, the first thing I did was call her and ask her to be featured in Besson. She has always been exactly the kind of person I want to communicate through my brand: spontaneous, warm, funny, confident, and full of vitality. A person who’s taught me to live with no rush and no rules.
She perfectly embodies the Mediterranean rhythm, with time for work, chill, and play, something I often forget since moving to Toronto. Besides all that, she has an effortlessly chic look that makes her so unique. A feminine, less-is-more approach where every Besson suit she puts on looks like it was made for her.
She came to visit me last week, and we did a home photoshoot. It was one of the most casual yet fun shoots I’ve ever done for the brand. All we needed was my place and a cheap polaroid. She brightened my days and left me feeling more motivated, optimistic, and full of passion for everything I’m working on.
Her visit was a sweet and unexpected reminder of how important it is to live on your own terms. Have your goals, do the grind, keep growing. But make sure you spend time with the people who make you laugh for no reason, the ones who make you forget about everything else and remind you that life’s meant to feel good, not just look good.

Seeing you in Toronto was like a hug for the soul, one of those that quietly puts everything back in its place.
